Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the NoteCode website or create a NoteCode account. By using the website or your account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

• Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One account is for one person. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the website or other people at risk.

• Do not use the website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
• Do not try to get into accounts or parts of the website that are not yours, or interfere with how it works.
• Do not send spam or harmful content through our forms.

Prices on this website are in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). They can change at any time. A price change does not change a plan you have already ordered. If we ever need to change the price of your plan, we will tell you before your next renewal.

Sending a request does not create a contract. Custom projects start only when we both agree a quote in writing, for example on WhatsApp or by email. That quote sets the final price, what is included and the timeline.

When you order a service or plan at checkout, you agree to the price shown there. The order starts once we confirm your first payment.

• Some services are paid once. Others are monthly or yearly plans that renew until they are cancelled.
• A plan starts when we confirm your first payment. Each confirmed renewal pays for the next month or year from your previous due date.
• We confirm every payment by hand against the transaction reference you send. If we cannot find it, we will ask you to check it.
• Coupons can be limited to chosen members, a number of uses, one service or an end date. Some coupons turn a plan into a single payment with no renewals. Coupons have no cash value.
• To cancel a plan, message us on WhatsApp before the next payment is due.

We work hard to improve how your business shows up on Google and in AI tools like ChatGPT, but nobody controls those services. We cannot promise a particular ranking, position or mention.

By creating an account you agree that we may send messages to your account inbox about your requests, your account and news from NoteCode. You can read them at any time on your account page.

The design, text and images on this website belong to NoteCode or the people who licensed them to us. Who owns the work we create for you is set out in the quote for your project.

Links to WhatsApp and other websites take you to services we do not run. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

We keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees that it is complete or free of errors.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, that come from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may update these terms, and when we do we will change the date at the top of this page.

We build this website to work with a keyboard, screen readers and zoom, and we aim to meet the WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standard. If any part of it is hard to use, tell us on WhatsApp or through the contact page and we will fix it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
